Estíbaliz García Recio is originally from Spain, where she has a beautiful and extended family with apparently no relationship with yoga whatsoever.

She graduated in 2006 from the Nosara Yoga Institute (Costa Rica), and since then she has been teaching yoga to surfers, housewives, cheerleaders, stressed city commuters, children, people with visual impairments and holiday makers in Morocco, Portugal and Spain.

Before this, she worked for more than 6 years as an Occupational Therapist. 

Her yoga teaching combines a sound knowledge of the body anatomy and function with an open approach that draws inspiration from different yoga traditions. Dynamic vinyasas, attention to detail, breathing work  and meditation are found in Lalita´s yoga. Her goal is to make yoga accesible and enjoyable for everyone.
